Meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.
How long do the meals last?
They remain fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. Customers can also freeze them to extend their shelf life.
How do I heat the meals
Meals come fully cooked. Simply microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
Is there a delivery cost?
