About Us

Bliss & Greens was created to help busy professionals, fitness enthusiasts, families, and anyone short on time enjoy portion-controlled, convenient meals made with fresh ingredients that are better for the body. We believe healthy eating shouldn't feel restrictive, complicated, or bland. It should fit seamlessly into real life.

Founded by Carrie Williams, Bliss & Greens is built on a passion for food, hospitality, and service. Carrie brings over 14 years of experience in catering, hospitality, events, and customer service, combined with a lifetime of home cooking experience. Long before Bliss & Greens became a business, Carrie was known for gathering friends and family around the table, creating meals that brought people together and made them feel cared for.

Our mission is simple:

To create portions that work, value convenience, and prepare meals with fresh ingredients that are better for the body—making conscious eating accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyday life.

Every meal is thoughtfully prepared using quality ingredients, balanced portions, and recipes inspired by comfort food, family traditions, and global flavors. From high-protein breakfast options and satisfying lunch favorites to indulgent protein desserts and meal prep staples, our goal is to remove the guesswork from nutrition while never sacrificing flavor.

At Bliss & Greens, food is more than fuel—it's an opportunity to serve, educate, and empower.

One of our long-term goals is to create meaningful opportunities for college students by providing hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, marketing, food service, and entrepreneurship. We are committed to hiring, mentoring, and training young professionals, giving them practical skills that extend far beyond the kitchen. Through real-world experience, leadership development, and business exposure, we hope to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and community leaders.

Bliss & Greens is more than a meal prep company. It is a platform for growth, community, and opportunity—serving food that feels good while helping people build healthier habits and brighter futures.
